Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mindfulness Coach to lead mindfulness practices, develop customized coaching plans, and provide guidance on stress reduction and emotional resilience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in mindfulness techniques, have a solid understanding of mental wellness, and bring a calming, empathetic approach to support diverse clients in achieving a balanced lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate individual and group mindfulness sessions to help clients improve focus, reduce stress, and enhance well-being.
Develop and implement personalized mindfulness and meditation programs tailored to clients’ needs, goals, and experience levels.
Guide clients through breathing exercises, body scans, visualization techniques, and other mindfulness practices.
Educate clients on mindfulness principles, including being present, self-compassion, and non-judgmental awareness.
Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support, adjusting programs as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with wellness team members to create an integrated approach to mental well-being.
Maintain client confidentiality and practice ethical mindfulness coaching in all sessions.
Qualifications:
Certified Mindfulness Coach or similar qualification in mindfulness, meditation, or mental wellness.
Experience in mindfulness instruction, coaching, or similar role (typically 2+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of mindfulness practices, meditation techniques, and stress management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a calm, supportive environment.
Compassionate, patient, and a genuine desire to support others on their mindfulness journey.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative wellness team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in mental health, wellness coaching, or related fields.
Experience with specific client groups (e.g., corporate teams, children, individuals with specific stressors).
Familiarity with digital tools or platforms for remote coaching (if applicable).
