360 Fit is seeking a skilled and passionate Functional Fitness & Stretch Instructor to lead hybrid classes that combine functional strength training with targeted stretching and mobility work. The ideal candidate is an experienced fitness professional who can blend strength, flexibility, and movement restoration into dynamic and balanced workouts. This role is perfect for someone who understands the importance of mobility, recovery, and overall body functionality in building long-term health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead hybrid group classes that integrate functional fitness exercises with stretching and mobility techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and movement quality.
Develop creative and effective workouts that enhance overall fitness while addressing joint mobility, flexibility, and injury prevention.
Provide personalized modifications for clients of various fitness levels, ensuring that all participants can safely and effectively engage with the workouts.
Create a welcoming and inclusive class environment that promotes both challenge and relaxation, balancing high-energy exercises with restorative stretches.
Educate participants on proper technique, form, and alignment for both functional exercises and stretches.
Track client progress and offer feedback on improvements in mobility, strength, and flexibility.
Stay updated on new techniques, trends, and research in functional fitness and mobility to keep classes fresh and innovative.
Collaborate with other instructors and the 360 Fit team to develop unique class offerings, workshops, and wellness events.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the studio space and equipment before and after each class.

Qualifications:

Certified in Functional Fitness (NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) and flexibility/mobility-focused training (FRC, Yoga, or similar).
At least 1-2 years of experience teaching functional fitness, mobility, or stretching classes.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and safe exercise techniques, particularly related to joint health and flexibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and connect with clients.
Passionate about holistic health, fitness, and injury prevention.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Availability for morning, evening, and weekend classes.
